I am one of Burlington's family physicians who is committed to providing comprehensive care to all. I will care for newborns, children, adolescents, adults, pregnant women, and especially seniors. I would also happily continue your care in a Nursing Home, hospice, or home.

This website is designed to more effectively and efficiently communicate with you, while keeping you better informed about your health. This site presents general health information and is not meant to replace an office visit. Please print and bring along any information you wish to discuss to your next appointment.

All tests reviewed by physician are marked as APPROVED or REVIEWED. If the physician has a concern regarding a test, this office will notify the patient, advising them of further action.

We ask that patients be part of the follow-up process by calling in to ensure their test have been received. If you are told the test has been APPROVED or REVIEWED and there is no further action required, your tests were fine.

If you would like a copy of the results we would be happy to print them out and mail them to you for a small fee to cover costs. As well, you can drop by and pick up a copy. We can send you a copy of your results if you enrolled in our monthly technology plan. Receptionists are not qualified to interpret results, as such we ask that you do not ask them to read details from your results.
